Our sweet spot is 60–400 employees, where the station model delivers maximum value. Smaller teams (25–60) are a fit for our Desk station as an entry tier. Contact us to discuss the right station and tier for your team.
Visits are baked into your monthly fee. Lite tiers receive 4 visits per month (6 for Hub Lite); Standard tiers receive 8 visits per month (12 for Hub Standard). We agree the cadence with you upfront based on team size and consumption patterns.
All products pass a single wellness filter — no palm oil, HFCS, artificial sweeteners, artificial colors, or hydrogenated fats. Specific dietary tracks (vegan, gluten-free, keto, etc.) are not guaranteed in the current selection.
We partner with vetted Bulgarian charities. Clients can nominate specific causes that align with their values. All donations are itemised on every monthly invoice for your CSR reporting.
The one-time activation fee covers hardware, delivery, installation, onboarding and Genki branding — products are NOT included in the activation fee. Equipment ownership stays with Genki throughout the engagement; you never own depreciating hardware. First-month products are billed separately as part of your Launch Invoice. Each station has a fixed activation fee published on this page.
